Entering the country with a tourist vehicle

Suspend the term of the Vehicle Entry Certificate

If during the validity of the Vehicle Entry Certificate - CIT, you must leave the country without your vehicle (for duly justified reasons of force majeure), you can request the suspension of the authorized term of the Temporary Entry Certificate before Customs.

Requirements

Suspension Request Form - Annex 5 .
Passport or official document stating the period of stay (as a tourist), issued by Migrations.
Deposit contract (signed with the owner of the place where you leave the vehicle, indicating their obligations before SUNAT).
Police document confirming the vehicle's deposit.
Suspension Release Request Form - Annex 6 (document with which you request, upon your return, the culmination of the suspension).

Do it in 5 steps:

1.- Take your car to a warehouse

Deposit the vehicle in a warehouse or property (it must be covered by a deposit contract) and ask the police to verify said act (at any police station nationwide ). Then, download the Suspension Request form – Annex 5 .

2.-Submit the documents

Go to the nearest Customs Headquarters and present the documents at the parties table or send them to the email on this list .

3.-Wait for Customs authorization

The customs official will evaluate your request and, if appropriate, will register in the system the suspension of the authorized period for the requested time, counted from the date of sending the email or the presentation of the file. Then notify the owner of the warehouse indicating the obligations that he has assumed towards Customs; and communicate the suspension of the authorized period to the email or home address that you have entered in Annex 5. If applicable, communicate the suspension to the customs authority that authorized the entry.

4.-Request the lifting of the suspension

To remove the vehicle from the property or warehouse where it is stored, upon your return you must present the "Suspension Release Request Form" to the nearest Customs Headquarters or send by email the "Suspension Release Request Form" Annex 6 .

5.-Wait for Customs control

The customs official receives the documentation and carries out the physical control of the vehicle in the place where it is stored; If he agrees, he signs and seals Annex 6, thereby authorizing the completion of the suspension.

Suspender el plazo del Certificado de ingreso de vehículo

Si durante la vigencia del Certificado de ingreso de vehículo - CIT, debes ausentarte del país sin tu vehículo (por motivos de fuerza mayor debidamente justificados), puedes solicitar la suspensión del plazo autorizado del Certificado de Ingreso Temporal ante Aduanas.

Requisitos

Formato para Solicitud de Suspensión - Anexo 5.
Pasaporte o documento oficial donde conste el plazo de estadía (en calidad de turista), otorgado por Migraciones.
Contrato de depósito (firmado con el titular del lugar donde dejas el vehículo, señalando sus obligaciones ante la SUNAT).
Documento policial de constatación del depósito del vehículo.
Formato de Solicitud de Levante de Suspensión - Anexo 6 (documento con el que solicitas a tu retorno, la culminación de la suspensión).

Hazlo en 5 pasos:

a) Lleva tu auto a un almacén

Deposita el vehículo en un almacén o inmueble (debe estar amparado en un contrato depósito) y solicita a la policía la constatación de dicho acto (en cualquier comisaría a nivel nacional). Luego, descarga el formato para Solicitud de suspensión – Anexo 5.

b) Presenta los documentos

Acércate a la Sede de Aduana más cercana y presenta en mesa de partes, los documentos o envíalos al correo electrónico de esta lista.

C) Espera la autorización de Aduanas

El funcionario aduanero evaluará tu solicitud, de ser procedente, registrará en el sistema la suspensión del plazo autorizado por el tiempo solicitado, contado desde la fecha de envío del correo electrónico o la presentación del expediente. Después notifica al dueño del almacén indicándole las obligaciones que ha asumido frente a la Aduana; y comunica la suspensión del plazo autorizado al correo electrónico o dirección del domicilio que hayas consignado en el Anexo 5. Si corresponde comunica la suspensión a la autoridad aduanera que autorizó el ingreso.

d) Solicita el levante de la suspensión

Para el retiro del vehículo del inmueble o almacén donde se encuentra depositado, a tu retorno debes presentar por mesa de partes de la Sede de Aduana más cercana o envía por correo electrónico el "Formato de Solicitud de Levante de Suspensión" Anexo 6.

f) Espera el control de Aduanas

El funcionario aduanero recibe la documentación y realiza el control físico vehicular en el lugar donde se encuentra depositado; de ser conforme, firma y sella el Anexo 6, con lo que autoriza la culminación de la suspensión.

Anforderungen

Antragsformular für Aussetzung – Anhang 5 .
Reisepass oder offizielles Dokument mit Angabe der Aufenthaltsdauer (als Tourist), ausgestellt von Migrations.
Kautionsvertrag (unterzeichnet mit dem Eigentümer des Ortes, an dem Sie das Fahrzeug abstellen, unter Angabe seiner Verpflichtungen gegenüber SUNAT).
Polizeidokument, das die Hinterlegung des Fahrzeugs bestätigt.
Antragsformular für die Aufhebung der Suspendierung – Anhang 6 (Dokument, mit dem Sie bei Ihrer Rückkehr die Aufhebung der Suspendierung beantragen).

Machen Sie es in 5 Schritten:

1Bringen Sie Ihr Auto in ein Lagerhaus

Stellen Sie das Fahrzeug in einem Lagerhaus oder auf einem Grundstück ab (es muss durch einen Pfandvertrag abgedeckt sein) und bitten Sie die Polizei, diese Tat zu überprüfen (auf jeder Polizeidienststelle im ganzen Land ). Laden Sie dann das Antragsformular für die Aussetzung herunter – Anhang 5 .

2Reichen Sie die Unterlagen ein

Gehen Sie zum nächstgelegenen Zollamt und legen Sie die Dokumente am Tisch der Parteien vor oder senden Sie sie an die E-Mail-Adresse auf dieser Liste .

3Warten Sie auf die Zollgenehmigung

Der Zollbeamte prüft Ihren Antrag und registriert gegebenenfalls im System die Aussetzung der genehmigten Frist für die beantragte Zeit, gerechnet ab dem Datum des Versands der E-Mail oder der Vorlage der Akte. Anschließend benachrichtigt es den Eigentümer des Lagerhauses unter Angabe der Verpflichtungen, die es gegenüber dem Zoll übernommen hat; und teilen Sie die Aussetzung des genehmigten Zeitraums an die E-Mail-Adresse oder Privatadresse mit, die Sie in Anlage 5 angegeben haben. Teilen Sie die Aussetzung ggf. der Zollbehörde mit, die die Einreise genehmigt hat.

4Fordern Sie die Aufhebung der Sperre

Um das Fahrzeug aus dem Grundstück oder Lager zu entfernen, in dem es gelagert ist, müssen Sie bei Ihrer Rückkehr das „Antragsformular zur Freigabe der Suspendierung“ bei der nächstgelegenen Zollzentrale vorlegen oder das „Anfrageformular zur Freigabe der Suspendierung“ ( Anhang 6) per E-Mail senden .

5Warten Sie auf die Zollkontrolle

Der Zollbeamte nimmt die Unterlagen entgegen und führt die physische Kontrolle des Fahrzeugs am Ort seiner Lagerung durch; Wenn Sie damit einverstanden sind, unterzeichnen und versiegeln Sie Anhang 6 und genehmigen Sie damit das Ende der Aussetzung.

Faites-le en 5 étapes :

1Emmenez votre voiture dans un entrepôt

Déposez le véhicule dans un entrepôt ou une propriété (il doit être couvert par un contrat de caution) et demandez à la police de vérifier ledit acte (dans n'importe quel commissariat du pays ). Téléchargez ensuite le formulaire de demande de suspension – Annexe 5 .

2Soumettre les documents

Rendez-vous au siège des douanes le plus proche et présentez les documents à la table des parties ou envoyez-les à l'adresse email figurant sur cette liste .

3Attendre l'autorisation douanière

Le douanier évaluera votre demande et, le cas échéant, enregistrera dans le système la suspension du délai autorisé pour la durée demandée, à compter de la date d'envoi de l'e-mail ou de présentation du dossier. Ensuite, il informe le propriétaire de l'entrepôt des obligations qu'il a assumées envers la douane ; et communiquez la suspension du délai autorisé à l'adresse email ou à l'adresse personnelle que vous avez renseignée à l'annexe 5. Le cas échéant, communiquez la suspension à l'autorité douanière qui a autorisé l'entrée.

4Demander la levée de la suspension

Pour retirer le véhicule de la propriété ou de l'entrepôt où il est stocké, à votre retour, vous devez présenter le « Formulaire de demande de levée de suspension » au siège des douanes le plus proche ou envoyer par email le « Formulaire de demande de levée de suspension » Annexe 6 .

5Attendez le contrôle douanier

Le douanier reçoit la documentation et effectue le contrôle physique du véhicule à l'endroit où il est stocké ; Si vous êtes d’accord, signez et scellez l’annexe 6, autorisant la fin de la suspension.
